ROMEO
Come, men, let us take our leave.
I refuse to endure this vile slander and neither shouldst thee.
Good Mercutio, please calm yourself.
MERCUTIO
Stay, I cannot submit to such a villain.
He hath come to quarrel, therefore I shall grant him his wish.
BENVOLIO
Thou will cause me a troublesome pain to recite your dispute to the Prince.
MERCUTIO
This is a mockery of my dignity.
I must prove his simple mind to this maggot.
BENVOLIO
Good Romeo, you must retreat. The Prince hath made his laws clear.
Thou will live to clash blades, only to perish from your execution.
I shall remain for Mercutio.
ROMEO
Very well. Please do prevent blood from staining these streets.

ENDING
-
Romeo and Tybalt live, but Mercutio still dies in battle to Tybalt. Romeo only learns of his death afterward from Benvolio, who didn't fight for revenge. Because Romeo left the fight, he is not banished from Verona.
